What does High Desert Fix do?
Commercial repair and facility maintenance across Southern Oregon, and home repairs for homeowners and landlords in the Klamath Basin. High Desert Fix LLC is a licensed, bonded and insured contractor based in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
What areas do you serve?
Commercial work in Klamath Falls, Medford, Grants Pass, Ashland and surrounding Southern Oregon. Home repairs in Klamath Falls and the Klamath Basin, including Keno, Bonanza, Merrill, Malin, Chiloquin, Sprague River, Lake of the Woods and Running Y.
Do you take dispatched work orders from facility maintenance companies?
Yes. I work as a local vendor for companies dispatching commercial repairs in Southern Oregon. A W-9 and certificate of insurance are available on request.
How fast do you respond?
Commercial requests get a response within 24 hours. Home repair requests get a quick response during business hours.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. I don't offer 24/7 or emergency service.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. High Desert Fix LLC is licensed, bonded and insured, Oregon CCB# 260344.
What commercial work do you do?
Parking lot maintenance (curbs, bollards, tire stops and outdoor site repairs), specialty concrete, wall and drywall repair, commercial doors and hardware, and fixture and equipment mounting. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC are coordinated through licensed subcontractors.
What home repairs do you do?
Fencing and gates, concrete, steps and handrails, accessibility changes, garage door maintenance, solar light posts, doors and locks, flooring, manufactured and mobile home repairs, and make-ready work for landlords.
Do you do electrical, plumbing or HVAC work?
I don't self-perform those trades. I coordinate licensed subcontractors for them or refer you to someone who can help.
What if my repair is something you don't do?
Call anyway. If it's outside what I do, I'll help you find someone who can handle it.
I'm not sure what my property needs. Can you help?
Yes. Book an on-site consultation and I'll look at everything you're concerned about and tell you plainly what needs to happen and what can wait.
